The Canadian Union of Public Employees asked the Labour Relations Board, pursuant to Section 150(2) of the Labour Relations Code, for consent to extend its trusteeship over Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 1004 (Vancouver Civic Employees Union) for a further period of four (4) months.
